1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to INEXX Interactive ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our software, applications, or platform located at inexxinteractive.software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Creation & Security

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) credentials. INEXX is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or display suspicious bot activity.

3. Data Storage & Repositories

INEXX provides repository services allowing users to upload and share files. The following rules apply:

• Storage Limits: Each standard user is heavily restricted to a maximum repository size limit of 1 GB (1,073,741,824 bytes). Attempting to bypass this limit will result in account suspension.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload malicious software (malware), illegal material, copyrighted content you do not own, or excessively large files intended to degrade server performance.
• Server Rights: We reserve the right to immediately delete any repository or file that exceeds limits, violates these Terms, or poses a security threat, without prior notice.

4. Use of the Services

You agree NOT to use the INEXX platform to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our proprietary game engines (NEXOS, NEXEN).
• Deploy automated scripts, scrapers, or bot attacks against our endpoints.
• Impersonate any INEXX employee, admin, or moderator.

5. Intellectual Property

All INEXX trademarks, source codes, engine schematics, and UI/UX designs are the exclusive property of INEXX Interactive. "You retain ownership of the files you upload", however, by uploading public repositories, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute them locally on our platform.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or block your access at any time, with or without cause, instantly altering your account status to 'Banned' in our database if you infringe our security perimeters or Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

INEXX Interactive is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee server uptime or that data will not be lost. In no event shall INEXX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
